Job Responsibilities:
- Perform check in, check out and ensure all data are entered completely into the hotel systems;
- Assist in the preparation of all pre-arrivals and ensure VIPs receive recognition and service in accordance to the One Rewards loyalty and InterContinental Ambassador program;
- Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly to guests’ enquiries, complaints and requests;
- Check guests’ satisfaction to ensure total service excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related studies;
- Excellent communication skills with good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- 2 year related working experience is an added advantage;
- Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
