Job Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and administrative service to the Sales & Marketing department to assist Hotel revenue generation;
- Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries in a timely manner;
- Prepare proposal, quotations and contracts and assist in contract signing process;
- Maintain accurate and updated record of all sales activities and customer information in relevant systems e.g. Delphi, Opera etc.;
- Provide support to Catering and MICE team on group and event management;
- Provide support to Communications team in marketing projects and building brand awareness;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in hospitality management or related studies;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel industry;
- Good organization and interpersonal skills, proactive and enthusiastic;
- Good communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in computer skills, knowledge in hotel systems e.g. Delphi, Opera is an advantage;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator.
