Programme Overview:
The 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme aims to offer young talents a high-flying hotel career specialized in operational functions at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. The programme provides the trainees with a thorough understanding of the selected operational functions and prepares the trainees with knowledge and skills to take up a supervisory position upon their completion of the programme.
