The recently refurbished facilities provide an ideal location for refined banquets (maximum seating 312), conventions and conferences (maximum seating 350 theatre-style).

The Academy Rooms can be divided into three function rooms using soundproof partitions and feature a pre-function foyer that is ideal for welcoming guests or staging a pre-dinner cocktail party. The contemporary new design features beautiful crystal chandeliers, sleek black marble, luxurious fabrics in fabulous warm tones and the most advanced audio-visual systems and projection systems.

Academy Room* measures 23.8 x 14.7 metres, 341 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres and door measurements of 2.3 x 1.8 metres, and can accommodate up to 350 guests theatre style, 192 classroom style, 370 reception style, 70 conference style, 80 hollow square style, 312 banquet, seated dinner and buffet style.

Academy I measures 5.2 x 12.5 metres, 64 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres and door measurements of 2.3 x 1.8 metres, and can accommodate up to 48 guests theatre style, 20 classroom style, 40 reception, 24 conference style, 33 hollow square style, 48 banquet style.

Academy II measures 7.8 x 12.5 metres, 96 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres and door measurements of 2.3 x 1.8 metres, and can accommodate up to 96 guests theatre style, 40 classroom style, 105 reception, 34 conference style, 35 hollow square style, 72 banquet style.

Academy III measures 10.8 x 12.5 metres, 132 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.8 metres and door measurements of 2.3 x 1.8 metres, and can accommodate up to 125 guests theatre style, 60 classroom style, 160 reception style, 40 conference style, 46 hollow square style, 108 banquet, seated dinner and buffet style.

The Forum Rooms comprise of five modern rooms ideal for meetings, conferences and corporate gatherings. The individual rooms known as Picasso (and Picasso A&B), Monet (A&B) and the Boardroom feature ceiling recessed projectors, network cabling capabilities and video conferencing. The Forum Rooms can accommodate seating capacity from 40 up to 264 (theatre style) in the individual rooms.

The addition of a boardroom and fully equipped secretarial office ensure a comprehensive range of meeting facilities, enhanced with the dedicated attention of the Catering & Conference team.
