Hong Kong, September 2006 - Throughout October, Café Rendezvous will feature a delicious selection of Italian Delights featuring cold cuts and showcasing seafood prepared in the rustic Italian style.

Our chefs will prepare a selection of the finest antipasti dishes for dinner buffet, that include marinated salads, fresh cold cuts including ham on the bone, Parma ham and salami. Moreover, new live pasta station where you can create your favourite pasta with our selection of fresh ingredients.

Café Rendezvous will offer a special pasta lunch and salad bar special for only HK$108* with freeflow iced tea. The full buffet is only HK$158* (Monday - Friday).

Hong Kong, September 2006 - Two new lunch-time specials are being launched this September at the award-winning Hoi King Heen Chinese Restaurant in response to businessmen's needs to enjoy high quality yet value-for-money dishes during their time-pressed lunch hours.

Hoi King Heen features the Exquisite Dim Sum Lunch for HK$108* that includes soup, assorted dim sum, a vegetable dish and a noodles, congee, rice or vermicelli. The Businessman's Lunch meanwhile offers an appetiser combination, with a selection of main courses and dessert for HK$138*.

Hong Kong, September 2006 - The Mistral's Chef Sergio has created a special menu to celebrate the fresh porcini mushroom season in Italy throughout the month of September.

His menu features traditional Italian rustic ingredients including wild pork ham and veal reflecting the hunting hearty hunting traditions while perfectly balancing the flavours of northern Italian cuisine.

He says: "While porcini mushrooms are commonly available dried or frozen all year round, fresh porcini are harder to source and the season is short. I prize these for their rich flavours and the way they naturally incorporate themselves into The Mistral's dishes."
