Hot Summer Offer at Hoi King Heen

Hong Kong, 16th June 2004 - InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong's specialty Chinese restaurant Hoi King Heen is launching Summer Set Dinners to make your special occasion even more wonderful.

Chef Leung has carefully designed three menus to cater for your social or family gatherings; dishes include Deep-fried cuttlefish balls stuffed with goose liver pate, Braised shark's fin soup with shredded chicken, Baked crab shell stuffed with diced abalone and mushrooms, and desserts for your enjoyment with friends and families. Menus for 12 persons start at HK$3,280.00, a special discount of 20% is applicable from 1st June to 31st August 2004.

In addition guests may take advantage of the special beverage package at HK$880.00 per table of 12 persons for unlimited enjoyment of soft drinks, local beer and chilled orange juice for two hours during dinnertime.

Sunday Brunch Has Never Been So Delicious!!

The authentic home-style Italian Sunday Brunch now includes a greatly extended fish and seafood appetizer selection, the finest imported cold cuts, and fresh pasta and soup stations. In addition, the selection of main courses, including pizza, changes every Sunday. Jacob's Creek Wine Dinner at Belvedere

Hong Kong, 10th June 2004 - Belvedere will welcome the esteemed Philip Laffer, Chief Winemaker of multi award winning Jacob's Creek Winery from the Barossa Valley in Australia, for an exclusive wine dinner on Wednesday, 18th August.

When Johann Gramp planted the Barossa Valley's first vineyard at Jacob's Creek in 1847, he could not possibly have foreseen the enormous success he was creating. His vines thrived and the vineyard was expanded. In 1850 his first vintage of white wine was made. The small winery and cellar he built on the banks of Jacob's Creek later grew to become a phenomenon the world over.

Jacob's Creek has beaten thousands of contenders to win the esteemed George Mackey Memorial Trophy for Best Australian Export Wine in "Wine Tastes" 2003, and has been voted most favourite wine in numerous countries across the globe.

Belvedere's Chef Darrell has designed a special eight-course menu to compliment the Jacob's Creek fabulous Reserve wines. The Wine Dinner with special guest Philip Laffer is just HK$695.00 per person, including cocktail reception and eight-course dinner with wines.
