Hong Kong, November 3, 2009 – Chef Leung Fai Hung of Hoi King Heen was once again recognized for his Master Chef culinary expertise and creativity in the competition of 2009 Best of the Best Culinary Awards hosted by the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute. The two-day competition held in September saw some of Hong Kong’s best chefs vying for the recognition. Competing in three of the four categories, Chef Leung earned two gold awards and one silver, marking the best result in the past decade!
