Distances To / From the Hotel
- Hong Kong International Airport - 38 kilometres, 50 minutes by airport shuttle, 40 minutes by hotel limousine or taxi, 23 minutes by Airport express train from Kowloon Station.
- City Centre - 0.5 kilometres (walking distance)
If you require a limousine, shuttle bus service (Hotelink) or assistance with your pre-arrangements to the hotel, please proceed through Exit Gate A after clearing customs and go to our Pick up counter 'A12a'. Our airport representative will be delighted to assist you in any way possible.
Luxurious Limousines
Our chauffeur-driven Mercedes Benz (four-seater) allows you to travel in comfort and privacy to the hotel.
Hotel Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus service (Hotelink) picks up passengers from the hotel every 45 to 60 minutes. Tickets are available from our Concierge desk.
Airport Express (AEL)
The high-speed Airport Express rail service takes passengers to Kowloon in only 20 minutes. A free shuttle bus to the hotel is available from the station.
Licence Requirements
To drive in Hong Kong, drivers must be over 18 and possess a full national driving licence and an International Driving Permit (IDP). Visitors can drive in Hong Kong for up to 12 months using their national licences. By law, visitors must carry their driving licences with them when driving, as well as additional identification bearing a photograph.

Drive on the left in Hong Kong, but on the right in mainland China.

Seat belts must be worn by the driver and passengers.
Car Rental
To rent a car in Hong Kong, drivers must be over 25 and hold a full licence and IDP. A credit card deposit of at least HK$5,000 is required. A variety of cars are available, from compact Japanese makes to larger European models such as Mercedes and BMW. Reputable car rental companies offer unlimited mileage and discounts for rental by the week. Ask the Concierge for details. Please note that it is not possible to rent motorcycles in Hong Kong.
