Ocean Park

Ocean Park features aquaria, dolphin shows and thrilling rides. The main attraction is a couple of giant pandas, which were given as a present from China to Hong Kong in March 1999.

Ten Thousand Buddhas Temple

More than 400 steps up the hillside to the temple, the '10,000 Buddhas' are stacked on shelves with 13,000 images of Buddhas filling the walls of the main temple.

Hong Kong Cultural Centre and Space Museum

This is particularly renowned for its Space Theatre, which features one of the largest performance venues in the world, offering both Ominax screenings and sky shows several times daily.

Wong Tai Sin Temple

This temple is a shining example of traditional Chinese architecture, with red pillars, golden ceiling and ornate latticework, and may well house the largest concentration of fortune tellers in Asia.

Tram Ride

To get from the Eastern to Western district, the double-decker tram is probably one of the most common and oldest transport systems used on the island, running since 1904.

Po Lin Temple and Big Buddha

Po Lin Temple and Giant Buddha are located on Lantau Island. The Big Buddha is the world's largest, seated, outdoor, bronze Buddha. Come and make a wish for your future.

Avenue of Stars

Discover Hong Kong movie magic as you stroll along the Avenue of Stars on the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade. The beautiful harbour front promenade pays tribute to the stars of the silver screen including handprints, sculptures and movie memorabilia from the past hundred years.

The Avenue of Stars also offers incredible panoramic views of the famed Victoria Harbour and the stunning Hong Kong skyline. It is the perfect place to watch the spectacular "Symphony of Lights", a nightly multimedia show beginning at 8pm.

The Races

Horse racing is the most popular sport in Hong Kong. There are two racecourses, situated in Happy Valley and Shatin since 1846 and 1980 respectively. Horse racing takes place on Saturday afternoons and Wednesday evenings.

Tsim Sha Tsui East

Tsim Sha Tsui East is a popular business and shopping district on the Kowloon side of Victoria Harbour. The area stretches along the waterfront and is accessible by car using the harbour tunnel from Hong Kong Island, or by MTR (underground), Kowloon-Canton Railway or cross-harbour ferries.

There are various shopping centres and stores in this area which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Ladies' Market
Bargain shopping paradise situated in the Mong Kok district. It is the ideal place to find inexpensive women's clothes and frivolous accessories.
